Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ec666 ("ec666", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ec666 online gaming platform available at ec666.club, including all games, betting markets, payment processing, bonus programmes, promotions, and customer support services offered through the platform.

By registering an account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any part of the ec666 platform, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and close your account by contacting ec666 support.

The following six points summarise the most important aspects of your agreement with ec666. Each point is covered in full detail in the numbered sections below. Reading the full text of each section is strongly recommended before using the platform.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on the ec666 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. ec666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any eligibility criterion at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an active ec666 account. Providing false information regarding your age is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
• You must register and use ec666 solely for your personal entertainment. Registering on behalf of another individual, operating an account as a business entity, or acting as an agent for a third party is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and ensure that your account details remain accurate and up to date at all times. ec666 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) document verification at any point, including before processing withdrawal requests.
• You must be the sole and authorised user of your registered payment method(s). Deposits and withdrawals must be made to and from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party payment transactions are not permitted and will trigger a compliance review.
• Only one ec666 account is permitted per individual. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, same mobile number, same payment method, or the same IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Account Registration and Verification

Registration on ec666 is free of charge. To open an account, you must provide a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, a date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above, and a password meeting ec666's minimum strength requirements. ec666 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account at any time without giving a reason.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must not share your password with any third party. ec666 will never ask you to reveal your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• All activity conducted through your ec666 account — including bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and games played — is your sole responsibility regardless of whether the activity was carried out by you personally or by a third party with or without your knowledge or consent.
• ec666 may require identity verification (KYC) at any time. Verification documents may include a national ID card, passport, driving licence, or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ec666 support immediately via live chat. ec666 will take prompt action to secure the account but will not be liable for losses incurred prior to the notification.
• ec666 reserves the right to close dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Players will be notified by SMS to their registered mobile number before account closure. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method before closure.

ec666 operates an anti-money laundering (AML) policy. All accounts and transactions are subject to monitoring for AML compliance. ec666 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals and to delay or withhold transactions pending AML review.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All transactions on ec666 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion, no foreign exchange spread, and no SWIFT or international transfer fees. ec666 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket: Minimum deposit ৳100, minimum withdrawal ৳200. Instant deposit processing. Withdrawals typically processed within 30 minutes, seven days a week.
• Bank Transfer: Minimum deposit ৳500. Supported banks include Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Processing time 1–24 hours.
• Deposits must be funded from a payment account held in your own name. ec666 will reject deposits originating from third-party payment accounts and may suspend the receiving player account pending investigation.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account, or to an alternative method that has been verified under your name and approved by ec666 compliance. This policy is a standard AML safeguard.
• ec666 charges no processing fees on withdrawals. The amount you request is the exact amount credited to your payment account, subject to any applicable taxes or levies that are your responsibility under Bangladesh law.
• ec666 reserves the right to delay the processing of a withdrawal request where: (a) a KYC verification is pending; (b) a bonus wagering requirement has not yet been met; (c) a security review of the account or transaction is ongoing; or (d) the withdrawal would reduce the account balance below the minimum balance required to cover any active bonus.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ec666 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between an offer-specific term and these general bonus terms, the offer-specific term shall prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus is stated clearly in the offer terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement on ec666 bonus funds is 20x the bonus amount.
• Only one bonus may be active on an ec666 account at any given time. If you claim a new bonus while a previous bonus is still subject to an outstanding wagering requirement, the previous bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited at ec666's discretion.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts, cannot be exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements, and are not redeemable in any other form. Bonuses credited in error must be reported to support immediately; failure to report an erroneous credit and subsequent wagering of those funds constitutes bonus abuse.
• ec666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled or modified, players who have already claimed the bonus and are in the process of meeting the wagering requirement will be given reasonable notice of any material change.
• Deposits made using certain payment methods may not qualify for specific bonus offers. The eligible payment methods for each promotion are specified in the offer terms. Bonus offers are subject to change during peak promotional periods such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL season.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets unless otherwise specified. Real-money winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are subject to the associated wagering requirement before withdrawal. Winnings generated from free spins are subject to the free spin wagering terms published with the relevant promotion.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on ec666 — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, fish games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or made available by the relevant game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing a bet. ec666 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• ec666 slot games and RNG-based table games use certified random number generators. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for all slot titles in the game information panel. ec666 does not alter RTP settings beyond those certified by the game provider.
• Live casino games on ec666 are streamed from professionally operated studios. Game outcomes in live casino are determined by physical game elements — cards, dice, roulette wheels — and are not subject to software RNG. Live game rules are governed by the rules displayed in the game interface and by the terms of the relevant live game provider.
• In the event of a game malfunction — including but not limited to disconnection during a round, a software error that produces an incorrect result, or a data transmission failure — ec666 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the bet amount to the player's account. Winnings derived from a malfunction are not payable.
• Sports betting markets on ec666 are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type. Settled odds are final. ec666 reserves the right to void a market where the integrity of the event is in doubt, where a clear pricing error has occurred, or where an event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold defined in the sport-specific rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ec666 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, a full investigation, and — where confirmed — permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under your own name or under a fictitious identity, for the purpose of circumventing bet limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or perform any platform function that a human player would ordinarily perform manually.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing mistakes on sports betting markets to generate artificial winnings. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error are void and will be reclaimed by ec666.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from any criminal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities in compliance with Bangladesh AML regulations.
• Colluding with other players, live dealers, or any ec666 staff member to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market. Collusion includes but is not limited to chip dumping in poker variants and signal sharing in live games.
• Using the ec666 platform while accessing a self-exclusion period, whether the exclusion was self-imposed via your account settings or imposed by ec666. Any account activity during a self-exclusion period will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

Account Suspension and Termination

ec666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, or bonus abuse provisions. The severity of the suspension or termination will be proportionate to the nature and seriousness of the breach.
• A request by the player to close their own account, whether for personal reasons or as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion request. Account closures requested by the player will be processed within 24 hours of the request being received.
• A determination by ec666 that the player's account activity presents unacceptable financial, legal, reputational, or compliance risk to the platform. ec666 will provide as much notice as is practicable in such circumstances and will process any pending withdrawals on the account in line with standard withdrawal procedures.
• Where the account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months, in accordance with the dormant account policy set out in Section 2 of these Terms. ec666 will make all reasonable efforts to return any balance held in a dormant account to the account holder before closure.

Responsible Gaming

ec666 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides all players with free access to a suite of responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings. These tools are available at all times and can be activated instantly without contacting support.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your account. Once a deposit limit is applied, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once the threshold is reached, betting on your account is paused until the period resets. Loss limit increases are subject to the same 7-day cooling-off period as deposit limit increases.
• Session time alerts: Set a time alert that notifies you when you have been playing continuously for a defined period. Time alerts do not automatically end a session; they are information-only reminders to encourage mindful play.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from the ec666 platform for a defined period of between 1 week and 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the exclusion period expires.

Privacy and Data Protection

ec666 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at ec666.club/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. ec666 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all pages and transactions. Personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is processed and stored in line with applicable data protection principles, including the principles of data minimisation, purpose limitation, and storage limitation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ec666 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or reputation, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the ec666 platform, including losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical faults outside ec666's reasonable control.
• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from a game malfunction, data transmission error, or service interruption, where ec666 has applied its standard malfunction remedies (bet void and refund) as described in Section 5 of these Terms.
• ec666's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ec666 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

ec666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the ec666 website at ec666.club/terms-conditions with the updated date noted at the top of the document. For material amendments — those that significantly affect player rights, financial terms, or bonus conditions — ec666 will provide advance notice via SMS to all registered player mobile numbers no less than 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the ec666 platform after an amendment to these Terms has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact ec666 support to close your account before the amendment takes effect.
